We are really grateful for your usual acts of kindness as well.

Please let us inform you all of our decision concerning the warranty of our LED related products. We would appreciate it if you would understand these points.

■ About the matter concerning the warranty of our LED related products

1. In case our LED related products become faulty, we are ready to respond to you by
issuing the‘returned article’slip and replacing the faulty products with the new ones.    

2. In case we ship a replacement by request first, we are supposed to put the sales
slip in this shipment. As soon as we have confirmed the faulty products, we are
ready to respond to you by issuing the‘returned article’slip.

3. We would like you to send us the faulty products along with the warranty papers.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept that you send us the faulty products first, the warranty papers later.  

4. We believe that the typical fault of our LED related products is that LED does not work or shine properly. In case you deliberately break the LED-fault products and send them to us, we cannot guarantee these products, which means that you are expected to send us the faulty products as they are. (e.g. the faulty emblems without the emblem sheet that is supposed to be originally attached to the back)  

5. The warranty period is 6 month from the date of your purchase.　　　　　　　　　　　                   

6. We cannot guarantee the faulty products in case you send us the warranty papers
without the description of the name of a sales shop and the date of sales.  

7. Before you remove the faulty LED emblems, you are required to send us some images of the faulty emblems. After that, please be careful you do not peel the 
emblem sheet off the emblem itself in case you remove them. We cannot guarantee
the faulty products you have handled improperly or deformed.
