Although we have confirmed these points with the District Land Transport Bureau, there are times when inspection viewpoints are up to inspectors of the local governments. We would like you to make inquiries about the matter just in case. Also, we are not going to listen to you complain except for a defect in our products. Please understand this point as well beforehand.

※About the return of the items
1) In case you cause damage to the items or transform them while and after you install them, we are not going to guarantee them.
2) In case you return the items to us, you are required to take some pictures of the items installed in the vehicle indicating the lighting problem in advance and send them to us as well. After that, please remove the items carefully so that you do not separate the emblem from the base.
3) In case you break and return the items with lighting problem, we are not going to guarantee them. 
(You separate the emblem from the base etc.)
4) The warranty period is six months from the date of your purchase. Please keep in mind that we are not going to meet your complaints after the warranty period.  
5) You are expected to send the faulty items along with the warranty papers to us. We are not going to accept the faulty items only, which means that you cannot send the warranty papers later.
6) We are not going to accept the warranty papers without the description of the name of the sales shop where you purchased the items and the date of your purchase.

  As for our LED Illumination Emblem, two wires stick out from the back. We often hear that you
  try installing the emblem itself with double-faced adhesive before you are supposed to draw these wires inside the body at first and then try to draw the wires into the inside cover later.   
  In that case, there is a possibility of the snapping of wires in the emblem because they are very thin. So you are required to draw the wires into the body first and then install the emblem in the body after your confirmation of whether the light is on or not.   
  We are not going to listen to you complain in case there is a breakdown caused by your inaccurate installation. We would like you to understand this point beforehand.

  We use the genuine emblem on the front grille and process it into our original rear emblem for BR9 LEGACY Wagon. Due to the structural character, however, our emblem is supposed to be a little bit larger by a few millimeters than the concave surface of the body for the genuine emblem. We believe that there is no problem as to the installation of our emblem, so we would like you to bear in mind beforehand that we are not going to listen to you complain as to the installation of this emblem.
